Mr Jacobs care and attention during my treatment and afterwards has been exceptional. He was always able to answer my questions in a clear and straightforward way in which I could understand. I broke my ankle in 2013. Due to my contant pain my family paid for further surgery at the spire in 2014. This did not work out, my G P referred me to Mr Jacobs at the general in 2015. He was very understanding and agreed to do further surgery. Six weeks on I am still improving! Mr Jacobs is a goodman he listens to his patients. He has helped me to get my life back to some sort of norm.
